The promoter of this giveaway is Ripple Physio & Pilates Pty Ltd.
Entry is open to residents of NSW, Australia who are over 18 years old, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families.
To enter, participants must do the following on the original post by Ripple Physio & Pilates Instagram:
1. Tag one mum/friend per comment in the Instagram comments. Unlimited entries per person is allowed.
2. Like and save the original post on Ripple Physio & Pilates Instagram.
3. Follow all businesses participating in the giveaway on Instagram.
4. Extra entries if you share the post on their story and tag Ripple Physio & Pilates Instagram account.
The giveaway starts on Saturday 29.04.2023 and closes on 14.05.2023 (12AM). Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
The prize consists of:
1. Ripple Physio & Pilates Pty Ltd: 1x Initial Women's Health consult and 2 subsequent sessions. Value $450
  1. The Women's Health Physiotherapy sessions are only available to new clients, or existing clients with a new injury.
  2. The sessions are only available with Physiotherapist Dimyana Farag on Monday or Thursday’s within her work hours.
  3. The winner must book and attend the sessions within 3 months of being notified and provide proof of eligibility.
  4. The assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan provided in this session is free.
  5. You will be informed of when the prize sessions have been completed and provided the option to proceed with paid treatment.
  6. ‘Treatment’ is defined as activity in any of the 3 categories of manual therapy, exercise prescription, or clinical advice, deemed appropriate by your clinician to address your condition.
  7. Should you decide to proceed with treatment, charges will apply for treatment following your prize sessions.
  8. Not valid with any other offers. Limit one per client. Not redeemable for cash or products. Available to new clients or existing clients presenting with a new injury.
  9. Consultation prices are available in-practice and for viewing online at www.ripplepp.com.au
  10. Ripple Physio & Pilates Cancellation & No-show policy applies to all sessions as per consent form that will be required to be filled out prior to consult.

6. Beauty by Beth Jane: 1x Lash Lift AND 1x Eyebrow wax & Tint. Value $110
7. Alicia’s Beauty Room: 1x Jelly Facial. Value $45
8. Sundae Burn: Gift Pack including Gift pack with a burner, tea lights, room spray, melts and a candle. Value $45
9. Spoonie Society: Heat Pack Bundle including, Neck heat pack, my grain mask, wrap around heat pack, heat pack. Value: $165
10. SRC Health: 1x SRC Compression Garment. Value $199
The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received and notified by Instagram on Mother’s Day (14.05.2023). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 Days, another winner(s) will be chosen.
The prize must be collected and vouchers/sessions used within 3 months of the winner(s) being notified. If the prize is not collected within this time frame, the winner(s) forfeit the prize and no compensation will be given. No postage is available.
The prize can only be used at the specified companies participating in the giveaway. The winner(s) will receive a voucher or email with the prize details and terms and conditions for use.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
The winner may nominate one person to receive the prize on their behalf, provided that person is eligible and agrees to these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter's control.
The promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this giveaway.
