*Terms and Conditions for Initial Consultations with Dimyana Farag - 15% Discount during Women's Health Week (4th-8th September 2023)*

*1. Eligibility:*

1.1 This promotion is valid for initial consultations with Dimyana Farag, during Women's Health Week from September 4th to September 8th, 2023.

*2. Discount Offer:* 2.1 The promotion offers a 15% discount on the regular consultation fee for appointments scheduled with Dimyana Farag during the specified dates. 2.2 The discount is applicable solely to the consultation fee and does not apply to any additional services, tests, or products that may be recommended or required during the consultation.

*3. Booking and Appointment:* 3.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. 3.2 To secure the discount, appointments must be booked and confirmed during Women's Health Week (4th-8th September 2023). 3.3 All appointments are to be booked online at www.ripples.com.au 3.4 Offer only available at Oakville clinic, it is not available at our Rouse Hill clinic.

*4. Payment and Billing:* 4.1 The discounted consultation fee must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. 4.2 Accepted payment methods include cash or bank card via terminal at time of appointment. 4.3 the deposit of $60 is required at time of booking to confirm appointment.

*5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:* 5.1 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund or to reschedule without incurring additional charges. 5.2 Failure to cancel or reschedule within the stipulated time frame may result in a forfeiture of the discount and fees paid.

*6. Non-transferable:* 6.1 The 15% discount is non-transferable and can only be used for consultations with Dimyana Farag during Women's Health Week in 2023, 4th-8th September 2023.

*7. Refunds:* 7.1 Refunds will be provided only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and cancellation policy. 7.2 The discount amount is non-refundable in cases of cancellation or no-show, except as required by law.

*9. Modification and Termination:* 9.1 Ripple Physio & Pilates Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

*10. Acceptance of Terms:* 10.1 By booking an appointment during Women's Health Week (4th-8th September 2023) with Dimyana Farag, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
