At Ripple Physio & Pilates we're a haven for women's health and well-being. Our boutique clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional client care in a nurturing and supportive environment. We work alongside an incredible team, consisting of Women's Health Physiotherapists, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists and Pilates Instructors.

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Pelvic Floor/Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our team.

Preferably, you'll have a background in musculoskeletal care and Pilates. Our mission is to educate and empower women at every stage of life, from the early years through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and even pre/post-surgery.

At Ripple, we're not just offering a job; we're inviting you to be a part of a transformative mission and an incredible team of like minded professionals. As a Women's Health Physiotherapist, your role will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of women through specialized care and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower Women: You'll have the privilege of providing high-quality assessments, treatments, and management for a range of women's health conditions. From addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain to expertly handling pre/post-natal care, musculoskeletal presentations, and personalized Pilates sessions (including Group Mat, Pilates Equipment 1:1 & 1:2 - Dependent on qualifications).

  • Personalized Care: Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each unique client, ensuring their individual needs are met with precision and compassion.

  • Educate and Support: Make a meaningful impact by educating and supporting clients, empowering them with a deeper understanding of their conditions and the tools to enhance their quality of life.

  • Holistic Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, uniting your expertise with theirs to deliver holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of a client's well-being.

  • Mentoring: When the opportunity arises, share your knowledge and experience with junior staff, nurturing their growth and contributing to the excellence of our team. 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience Matters: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Women's Health Physiotherapist in a private practice is required. Experience in musculoskeletal care and Pilates is a strong advantage.

  • Specialized Expertise: Demonstrate your proficiency and capability in pelvic and/or women's health. AHPRA registration and current professional indemnity insurance are essential.

  • Communication Prowess: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be pivotal in building strong connections with clients.

  • Team Player: While you excel independently, your ability to collaborate harmoniously within our team is equally important.

  • Commitment to Growth: Show a willingness to learn and grow professionally, staying at the forefront of your field.

  • Pilates Passion: If you have experience in Pilates, that's a bonus. If not, a strong desire to learn is desirable.

  • Patient-Centered Approach: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to patient outcomes and embody a patient-centered approach in your care.

  • Certifications: Possess a Working with Children certificate and a valid First Aid Certificate. Being SIRA approved is an added advantage.
